Ecosystem

Partnership opportunities.

The programme is organised into four categories. Each carries its own commercial model, technical scope and route to market.

Platform Partners

Software companies that embed Waterr meetings natively within their own product — applicant tracking, CRM, learning and support platforms — where the AI meeting is delivered to the end user under the partner’s brand.

Systems Integrators

Delivery organisations that design, implement and operate AI meeting programmes within enterprise environments, spanning recruitment operations, customer experience, training and onboarding.

Programme structure

Components of the
partner programme.

Six components define the working relationship. Each is documented in the partner agreement and reviewed with your team during onboarding.

01

Commercial terms

Recurring margin on sourced and managed accounts, set by partnership category and recorded in the partner agreement.

02

Deal registration and co-selling

Registered opportunities are protected for the duration of the pursuit. Our team joins client-facing sessions on request.

03

Enablement and certification

Structured technical onboarding, scenario-design workshops and certification for the consultants who deliver on your side.

04

Client-ready materials

Co-branded collateral, reference architectures, demonstration environments and pricing guidance approved for client distribution.

05

Implementation support

A dedicated channel to our engineering team, sandbox entitlements and joint review of the first deployments.

06

Directory listing and visibility

Inclusion in the partner directory, joint announcements and case studies published subject to your written approval.

Engagement process

From application to
first engagement.

Four stages, typically completed within three weeks of a successful application.

01

Application

Submit the application form. Each submission is reviewed by the partnerships team against commercial fit, market coverage and delivery capability.

02

Qualification

A scheduled session to establish the joint proposition: target segments, commercial terms and the first intended engagement.

03

Onboarding

Execution of the partner agreement, followed by sandbox provisioning, technical onboarding and enablement of your delivery team.

04

Go to market

Deal registration is opened, co-selling commences and your organisation is published in the partner directory.

Technical foundation

The platform partners
build upon.

Every partner integration is delivered on the documented public platform. No bespoke interfaces, and no dependency that breaks on the next release.

Questions & Answers

Matters partners raise.

Direct answers on eligibility, commercial terms, technical scope and account conflict. Questions not addressed here are answered by the partnerships team within one business day.

The programme is intended for organisations that place AI meetings in front of end users: software platforms embedding meetings as a product capability, systems integrators deploying them within enterprise environments, resellers representing Waterr in a defined territory, and infrastructure providers whose technology forms part of the delivery stack.

There is no participation fee. Partners earn margin on the accounts they source or manage. Commercial terms are specific to the partnership category and are agreed during the qualification stage, then recorded in the partner agreement.

Platform and infrastructure partners integrate through the REST API, MCP server or embedded meeting script. Solution, channel and integrator partners generally deliver through scenario configuration alone and require no engineering resource.

Yes. Embedded meetings can carry partner branding, personas and domain. The extent of white-labelling appropriate to your deployment is confirmed during onboarding and documented in the partner agreement.

Registered opportunities are honoured on a first-registered basis for the duration of the pursuit. Where two partners engage the same account, the partnerships team adjudicates on the basis of registration date and documented client engagement.

Applications are reviewed within five business days. Every applicant receives a written response, whether or not the application proceeds.
